Paragliding Baptism course contract - Discovery flight

GENERAL INFORMATION AND ACTIVITY CONDITIONS

Parapent Emoció S.L. is a company registered at “Generalitat” (government) and has the 3rd party and Medical insurances covering all the activity that law requires.

Customer declares to know that fly with a paraglider, as same as any other outdoor activity can lead risk of physical injuries and assumes the responsibility from the beginning.

Customer informs to PARAPENT EMOCIÓ, S.L. that he/she don’t have any disease or injury that can affect to paragliding flight. Also declares that she is not pregnant.

It’s important to wear mountain shoes, long trousers and a windproof jacket. We also recommend gloves and sunglasses.

Time of activity can vary depending on weather conditions.

If we have to cancel the activity due to weather conditions, we will move the book to another day. Always is ENTRENÚVOLS who decide to cancel or not the activity. Customer never decides on weather conditions.

The course booked is the “1st level discovery course” and includes what is established on the study plan of the school.

Signing this document implies to accept all the clauses of this document and the compromise of pay the total amount of the activity.
